Our Cobblers Three is centrally located in Wichita's Historic Delano District. This home is located on the SE corner of St. Paul and Douglas in a peaceful, well established neighborhood. Has a privacy fence with car port. (SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED). This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has recently been remodeled to make a comfortable place for you and your guests to unwind after a long day. Located just 1 mile from Friends University and 2 miles from downtown. The address is 2827 W. Douglas Avenue The space This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has had an upgrade, since we purchased it. We added a bathroom, upgraded the kitchen. A few of the floors were redone as well. A 6' privacy fence and gate have been added, but sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, sitting on a corner lot. Please note: 2 twin blow up mattresses have been added to the home to accommodate 8 guests comfortably Guest access Entire home. You will be given a specific to each guest door code to use when entering the home. Other things to note We prefer the drive through gate to be closed when No one is at the location. If using, please be careful, it is a tight fit for larger vehicles to park on the drive under the car port. We do have plans to widen the drive to make it easier to manuever larger vehicles.
