apartment in a stone house with a large ecological garden
Description
The apartment is private and is located in a charming stone and brick house in the center of Úštěk. It has everything you need to prepare breakfast, cook, bake, and grill in the garden. It has a beautiful organic garden and a library with books in Spanish, Czech and English. It is possible to charge a car or an e-bike and store it inside🚙 🛴 🚲 My cats usually spend the day in the garden. If you're allergic 😺, let me know. We have a crib; just write to me.🤗 Dogs are welcome at no extra charge 🩷🐶 The space The apartment is on the second floor, with its own entrance. The atmosphere is pleasant thanks to the solid stone walls, which create the ideal temperature for relaxing during hot summer days. It has a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (120 cm). The integrated living room has a sofa bed (80/160 cm), a table with chairs, and a couple of armchairs. There is a refrigerator and all the utensils for preparing breakfast, cooking and baking. Guest access You can work on the computer in the garden, have lunch, enjoy the sun ✨The town is very quiet, and you can park in front of the house, but it's also possible to park inside the building. Other things to note The town has everything you need to spend a few days of rest in a historical and natural environment, but with the possibility of buying food, clothes, veterinary care (9:00-12:00), general practitioner, ambulance, car service and tire service, ATM, church, beach by Lake Chmelar, breweries, pizzerias, massage and beauty salon. you can take pictures of the beautiful landscape, walk in nature or take courses in my creative fashion workshop or chair restoration =) The town in the movies: The town of Úštěk and its surroundings are today not only a town conservation area, but also a destination for a large number of visitors from the Czech Republic and abroad. The atmosphere of a quiet small town changes in the summer months as if by magic. The town itself offers many beautiful nooks and places that will captivate and delight most visitors. This is also evidenced by the fact that the city has been an "actor" in many successful Czech films: Stela Zázvorková's Grandmother in the Oscar-winning Kolja, the pilot Maděra in the Wild Country and three military deserters in Renč's Rebelech, these were the temporary film inhabitants of Úštěk, who lived their imaginary lives in its streets. The historical film Zámek v Čechách (Castle in Bohemia) starring Jiřina Jirásková was also filmed here. The immediate surroundings, on the other hand, served as exteriors for film fairy tales and children's stories. We can randomly name the now commemorative Pány kluky by director Plívová-Šimková or the fairy tale O létajícím ševci.
