There are two small apartments next to the house with independent access through the parking lot. Other things to note The listing house has a maximum occupancy of 8 people and does not allow smoking (outside only, terrace, is allowed), no pets, WE ALLOW PARTIES ONLY WITH PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL via AIRBNB MESSAGES, WITH TIME LIMIT until 1:00 AM.
