Le Domaine aux Épis

Charming cottage with covered and heated pool (from Easter to All Saints' Day)!!! Welcome to the Domaine aux Épis. 6 bedrooms make up the house, including 5 doubles and a 4-bed dormitory. Outside, the garden invites you to relax. The little ones can have fun in the tree house, and the swing. Adults can bask in the deckchairs, in the pool or play ping-pong. This is the perfect base for exploring a tourist region between forest and beach. The space Typical, warm, comfortable, carefully decorated, designed for the comfort and well-being of its guests, the Domaine aux Épis residence now wears its most beautiful attire to satisfy you. This bourgeois house built by our family in 1900 is peaceful, functional and equipped for groups of up to 14 people. (if the 15th person is a baby please contact us in advance). The house is surrounded by the family farm in operation. You will have the enjoyment of the 200 m2 of this house erected on four levels: - On the ground floor are the kitchen and dining area. These two rooms are fully equipped to accommodate groups of vacationers: serving dishes, dishes, wine glasses, champagne flutes. Friendly amenities: raclette machine, pancake pan. Amenities carefully chosen for their quality and functionality: combined coffee machine and pod machine (Tassimo). There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Books can be found in the library as well as board games for young and old. At the saloooon!!! Expect to be surprised (maybe even blown away!!! Our guests are won over every time!!! This old cellar, in the basement of the house, has been transformed into a cozy space to relax and refresh in the summer. In winter, the living room has a wood-burning stove to enhance the warm atmosphere. If you'd like, we'll light the fire for your arrival. There is also a pool table and a dartboard. The laundry area consisting of a washing machine (9kg), a dryer and an additional refrigerator will allow you to best organize your stays. - On the second floor: you will find 3 bedrooms (2 queen size beds and 2 twin beds) sharing the same bathroom as well as 1 master suite with its own private bathroom (shower). A toilet is also on this floor. - On the second floor: you will find a master suite with a remote work space and baby essentials (changing table, cozy and umbrella bed (x2). In the other room we have set up a dorm for young (and old!!! 90x200 beds) sleeping 4. A play/reading area for children is set up in this space. Each bedroom on this floor has its own bathroom with toilet: a shower in the master suite, a bathtub in the dorm. In the garden you will find on one side the parking lot where up to 9 vehicles can park, the orchard and a shaded lawn area. On the other side you will find a large garden, the swimming pool, the terrace with its relaxation, dining and barbecue equipment. Three sunbaths and 2 Chilean women are at your disposal. There is also a raised cabin for children: overlooking the terrace, so they can play under your supervision. The garage is equipped with a play corner with a ping pong table, a multi-sport game for children and sofas. And for the pool!!! Heated to 28 degrees and covered with a veranda that ensures everyone's safety. It's offered from Easter to All Saints Day. Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities of the house and garden on both sides of the building: parking side and terrace side. Unless we agree, you will not be able to enter the farm grounds located on the outskirts of the property. Other things to note To make sure your stay goes smoothly, we ask that you read these few lines. We ask our guests to be respectful of the neighborhood, i.e. the volume must be reasonable and out of nuisance from 10pm. It's possible to gather in the living room in the basement which is soundproofed. If complaints from the neighborhood arrive, we ask our guests to take the feedback into consideration right away. For everyone's safety, the rules for the pool are very strict. You'll need to bring the necessary protections for your children's safety (buoys, armbands, etc.). We do not close the pool in the evening, we would allow ourselves if there were any overflows or disturbances. For logistical, cleaning and sanitary reasons, we may visit the pool during your stay. We care to respect your privacy and tranquility, ideally we will come in the morning. In case of high temperatures, we come to water the plants. Despite the cleaning fee, we ask our kind customers to return the cottage to us in a correct state of cleanliness (tidy dishes, emptied fridge and food removed, no excrements in the toilet or elsewhere, megots picked up).
