Gîte Nature "Zenitude" du Bosc

Installed since June 2023, we literally fell in love with this place, a beautiful and magical place. The gite is located in the municipality of Vanosc, in Ardèche verte, at an altitude of 900m on the south slope. We benefit from an exceptional panorama and environment amidst the forest and near and views of the Alps and the Rhone Valley It's a place that exudes calm and beauty, The space The cottage is located in the middle of the mountains at an altitude of 900 m on the southern slope of the valley, on the sunny heights, with exceptional views. Rest, calm, relaxation guaranteed in a setting of greenery and forest. Enjoy sunrises, starry skies, calm and peaceful nights to find yourself. On site hiking trail, walking, mountain biking trails, to the south is the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d 'Ardèche and to the north the Parc Naturel Régional du Pilat. You can also enjoy the many activities within a radius of 15-20km (brochures available for tours and activities). Our accommodation is warm, comfortable, carefully decorated and it is equipped for your comfort during your stay. The cottage is new, completed in May 2024. Their situation: We live in the hamlet of Bosc located 8km from the center of the village. It is composed of 5 houses including ours which is on the highest part, it is located at the end of a small path that ends in a forest path. The listing: The property has an area of 45 m2. It is very bright with magnificent views of the valley from the living room and bedroom. It consists of a ground floor, with an independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen ( dishwasher and washing machine) and a living area with sofa. On the first floor, you will find your bedroom (double bed 140x190) with a bathroom (shower, sink), and the independent toilet, then access to a mezzanine (low ceiling) through a miller's ladder with a small cozy corner and sleeping for 2 people on a very comfortable 160x200 mattress. Access to the mezzanine is not recommended for toddlers. Linens are provided and beds are made upon your arrival. Towels are provided as well. The cottage is very very well equipped in "kitchen and bathroom". Outside: A south/west facing green terrace with a wooden garden table installed under the birch trees as a parasol to enjoy the panorama during your meals. Please note: there are 3 small pools of water on the ground, without protection where it is not possible to swim. FOR YOUR WELL-BEING: 2-seater Jacuzzi: €40/night (bubbles/waterfall/led): Treat yourself to a special moment... by taking the time to relax in 38° water. The hot tub is private, it is outside in your space with exceptional views of the mountains. Unlimited access. Please specify when booking. Payment is made in cash upon check-in. Energy Care: As a wellness therapist, I offer care for a reconnection to yourself. These treatments are done on site in the middle of nature or in my treatment room depending on the weather. We have a border dog "Cali" and 2 cats "Samson and Rita". 2 other cats shared this place before our arrival. Dogs are accepted if good education and agreement with their fellow dogs/cats. We have a dog Cali (crossed border) and 4 cats. All this little world comes and goes in total freedom in the field. Namely the land is not fenced (but no road nearby). - Bring your companion's basket - Do not let it climb on the bed and sofa - Do not leave it alone at the cottage (when you go for a walk for example) - Bring a cloth to wipe these paws when come inside. - Pick up your dog's droppings in the field Thanks
