Kindly adhere to local ordinances prohibiting wood-burning fires and charcoal grills (gas grills are permitted). Vacation Rental Regulations: Please be mindful that strict ordinances govern vacation rentals in Tahoe. This home is not to be used for parties, weddings, or receptions. The maximum occupancy is 14 people and four cars, strictly enforced 24/7. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise may result in fines of up to $2,000 and potential eviction. Additionally, smoking is prohibited on the premises. Parking: There is free parking available for up to four vehicles. A garage remote will be provided. Guests will be fined in US$50 if remote is not returned prior to check-out. IMPORTANT: A long-term tenant lives in the adjacent house in the property, please be mindful not to block the driveway.
