Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located townhome for 4 guests! 2 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom, and 2 Half Bathrooms. Cozy and comfy for your visit to the Zoo City. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. The guest will be flagged with Airbnb if it is discovered there was a party with unapproved guests. Your stay will be cancelled without a refund. Only guests of the booking are welcome to access the home unless approved by host in advance. The space Located only 4 mins from downtown and 15 mins from the NC Zoo! Your comfort is my number one priority! Soft mattresses with cooling gel, soft sheets, and ceiling fans ensure you will get a good night's sleep. Basic toiletries are also provided for your convince. No worries if you forgot to pack your shampoo or conditioner! Catch the game or stream your favorite shows on either the living room or master bedroom smart TVs. Use the fully stocked kitchen to cook up a great meal! Cookware and dishware are provided along with some basic seasonings. Free in house washer/dryer along with detergent provided. 2 designated parking spots available, conveniently located by front entrance. Guest access Entire townhome. Other things to note Please let me know in advance if you are also bringing a fur baby with you. I'd like to provide them with treats :) Pets are welcome to use the back yard to relieve themselves. There is no smoking allowed on the property inside or outside. A $250 fee will be charged to the guests if this rule is broken. Accidents happen. If something breaks or is not working during your stay please let me know and I will do my best to assist. :)
