The space On our property are two private dwellings: our main house and the Carriage House that is over a detached garage in a separate building. Per the National Register of Historic Places, this architectural feature is harmonious with many homes in DeGraffenried Park that have separate brick construction that matches the main house. At the time the neighborhood was established, it was common to rent these these types of upper level apartments to military families. Your private entrance opens to a small foyer with a wood staircase. Multiple windows in every room bring in lots of natural light. Blackout curtains allow a sound night's sleep on the adjustable luxurious foam bed. Open plan fully stocked kitchen for the chef and novice alike. Enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, HBOMax & Hulu Live TV, with fast speed Internet. Mid-century modern leather sofa reclines for relaxing with a movie or a book. A surprisingly comfortable rollaway bed can be provided for a second guest for convenience. Step outside, lounge & enjoy the fresh spring air in the serene gardens. You have a dedicated driveway space and private entrance into the apartment. There is a seating area in the front gardens you are welcome to use day or night. During the spring months there is a patio umbrella to keep you cool. Grill available for use upon request. Other things to note The garage is not used for cars, so there is no garage door noise heard in the space above. There is a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities. You have yoga mats; beach towels, chairs & umbrellas are available upon request. Camping chairs also available for sitting by the river or enjoying an outdoor concert. A flexible workspace is available for business travelers.
