The apartment has a sunroom, one very large bedroom, a smaller bedroom, an open floor plan with living room and kitchen and a large bathroom with a shower. All of the appliances are new including a washer and dryer. There is a 65in smart TV in the living room and a 40in TV in each bedroom with Netflix streaming and a DVD player included. The space has an open & well-equipped kitchen for cooking & enjoying a meal with friends & family as well as plenty of comfortable seating for you to curl up, relax, and enjoy a movie. Guest access As a guest of the Ravens Den, Rusty Raven's upstairs apartment, you'll have full access to the entire 2nd floor of the building. Other things to note This apartment requires walking up a flight of stairs. A public swimming pool, parks, playground, & bike trail are just a short walk away. Off-street parking for one car only. Additional overnight street parking is available a short walk away.
