Please review the following requirements carefully: • Pets must be house-trained and kennel-trained. • Pets cannot be left unsupervised in the rental. • Pet supplies are not provided, including dishes, leashes, harnesses, food, toys, or bedding. • Pets must be walked at our designated pet relief station at the front of the property. There is space for your pet to play and go potty. Please use the provided “potty bags” to clean up after your pet. • Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves anywhere else on the property. Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave. • Only 1 pet per visit is allowed. This window allows for a brief meet-and-greet, luggage drop-off, key fob collection, and any questions you may have about the surrounding area. Once that’s done, you’re free to start enjoying the “Queen City.” • Arrival End Time: All guests must check in by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you require a later check-in, please coordinate with the host in advance. • Important: If you have not contacted the host via text or phone within a reasonable timeframe prior to the end of the arrival window to confirm your check-in time, your reservation may be at risk of cancellation. ✅ Guests are expected to comply with all house rules.
