Wildlife/Pest: Pest controls are scheduled monthly, however we may sometimes expect some unwanted visitors from nature. There can be all kinds of bugs and plants. We strongly recommend use of shoes all times outside. IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests that are not included in the official confirmation or have prior approval can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund.
