Sunset Lake Guest House

A cozy guesthouse on the lake with gorgeous sunset views. Hang out by the fire pit, paddle board on the lake, or go swimming by the private dock. The serene and beautiful views and the eclectic modern decor of the guest house make this the perfect getaway only 40 minutes from Charlotte. The space The Guest House is a one-bedroom house with a full kitchen, full bathroom, a living room, a dining area, and a private deck, all with great views of Lake Norman. Guest access Guests will have the entire guesthouse and private back deck area to themselves. The front porch, backyard, and dock are shared with the homeowner. Other things to note We have life vests and two paddleboards available for guests to use. Swimming off of the dock is allowed as well. We hope to have a fishing license shortly, but you are welcome to fish if you have a license of your own. Max is the dog that lives on the property. He may be out in the backyard during the day from time to time. He's a friendly guy, but tinkles a bit when he gets excited (so watch your shoes).
