Beautiful Historic Farmhouse

Historic farmhouse is 200 years old furnished with beautiful antiques . It's 4000 square feet with oversized rooms, a country french kitchen and much more. There is a lot of outdoor entertaining space in the carriage room along with dining, outdoor tv and an antique stove. My bedroom is not included in the rental however there are 3 oversized bedrooms to stay in with 4 beds in total. One Louis Phillipe farm bed downstairs, 1 queen upstairs .Dedicated office for work if needed. The space This is a 200 year old colonial style house that's called a 4x4. The rooms are all oversized with high ceilings. The Hvac is upstairs but with window boxes downstairs, the house stays cool. Any rooms or closets or pantries that are locked are off limits. Please respect this If you have any questions feel free to contact me. For stays of 3 nights or less, I stay in the RV. it's here if I'm in it or not. For longer stays 4 nights + I will usually go somewhere contingent on reservations and weather. I look forward to hearing from you. Guest access everything inside the house except my bedroom,kitchen, locked closets/cabinets and pantry outside my workshop or RV is not available. Please do not operate the equipment in my workshop because you can injure yourself. Other things to note The property is 1/2 acre. There is a lot of outdoor space. Feel free to use the above ground pool for now the tv selection is movie streaming netflix,prime, Apple TV plus some live tv. No ordering movies or specials on my accounts please respect the fact my neighbors also live next door so no parties, excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours 9pm-8am NO ON THE STREET PARKING AT ANY TIME. It's a city ordinance for the historic district. Towing and ticketing enforced by the city Parking anywhere behind the gates on the gravel or asphalt. not on the lawn
