The space This tri-level home offers living and dining areas on the upper level including a kitchen with just about everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or out on the open deck with ocean views. Or, enjoy some downtime in the living area reading or watching TV. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and covered deck as well as the second bedroom and full bathroom are located on the second level. Both bedrooms have smart televisions, walk-in closets, and extra pillows and blankets. The ground level offers a game room with foosball table and smart television as well as a washer and dryer. Beach chairs, beach toys, cart, and umbrellas are also available for guest use. Linens and towels are provided for each guest; however, are for indoor use only. Please bring your own beach towels and blankets. On-site parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the unit. Guest access All areas of the home are for guest enjoyment. However, there are 3 locked Owner's closets, 1 located on each level of the home. These are not for guest use and we ask that you respect the locks.
