Railroad Street Historic Loft A

This stylish loft is newly renovated and located in a historic building (cir 1900) in downtown Royston. The newly appointed studio style apartment is very spacious with over 800 sq ft. Original brick accent wall, hardwood floors & cozy decor will make you feel right at home. 20 min from I-85, Lavonia and Hartwell, 40 min from Athens and 5 min from Emmanuel Univ. Adults age 21 & over. Sorry, NO CHILDREN under age 12, due to steep stairs, & noise for other guests. SMOKE and PET-FREE environment The space King Bed Guest access Self check in and check out. Other things to note This is located beside a Railroad track. While the train typically only passes once or twice daily, and typically midday, we cannot guarantee that there will not be a train at any given time. There are two businesses located downstairs, below the loft. You will be able to hear customer noise during (daytime) business hours. There is a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, but only has a few basic cooking utensils and is not set up or intended for cooking full meals, etc. as it is a short term rental. If you intend to cook and have questions about what is provided, please do not hesitate to reach out prior to your visit.
