Guest access The building and grounds are well-maintained, making it a peaceful, tropical, luxurious setting. Xanadu has lots to offer our guests, amenities include tennis/pickleball courts, unheated swimming pool (open 7am-10pm), and a charcoal barbecue picnic area w/lagoon view. Each floor also has a shared washer/dryer (coin operated, quarters only). Other things to note Xanadu is a gated community accessible with electronic code. If stairs are a problem for you, they won't be here. Our 2nd floor condo is accessible by elevator and there are no stairs from the parking lot to the building entrance. ** BIKE RENTAL ** Island Life Bike Rentals is located right next door at 36 S Forest Beach Dr. ** PARKING LOT ** Commerical trucks, golf carts, campers, and trailers are not allowed. If you have a bike rack on the back of your vehicle please park in the back of the parking lot. ** NO SMOKING ** Please refrain from smoking inside the condo! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal. ** NO PETS ALLOWED ** Sadly, due to Xanadu restrictions, we are unable to welcome your furry friends. ** NO PARTIES/EVENTS ** We kindly ask you to respect our home, our neighbors, and our future guests. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. ** 4th WEDNESDAY PEST CONTROL ** Xanadu sprays all units for pests the 4th Wednesday of each month. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the reservation.
