A lovely renovated farm house and big sister to HCLII, HCLI is located in a peaceful setting, yet less than 15 minutes to Dollywood and the Parkway. The main road is only 10 minutes away, down a peaceful country road that winds by a little creek. Soak up gorgeous mountain views from the luxurious hot tub, relax on the swing on the expansive front porch or simply unwind by the solo stove! The space HCLI is 6 minutes away from Smoky Mountain Ziplines and 5 min away from Big Rock Dude Ranch. Also 5 min away is Mountain Mist Farms, and yes, they have delicious WINE!! Smoky Mountain Adventure Rentals is down the road. Guest access The whole main house is yours to enjoy while you are there. There is a back yard area where you can use the solo stove as long as the fire hazard is at "low." Other things to note Hawk's Crest Landing I, (HCLI) the main house, is accessible via a dirt road at the end of a dead end road. HCLI is private and secluded but has a very large driveway that is shared by the smaller guesthouse, Hawk's Crest Landing II (HCLII.) There are two sheds and a carport in between HCLI and HCLII. There is plenty of parking. Each house is private and secluded. Should you require more space for a larger group of friends or family, HCLII, the guesthouse, may be rented as well.
