This is a shared space and at times homeowner may reside in the lower level. No Pet Policy Guest access Guest will access front door of home with keyless entry pad. Other things to note Home owner may be residing in lower level during your stay. Lower patio and hot tub are not included in amenities with your booking. Those are included with whole house booking.
