We are 10 minutes from the USC medical plaza. Additionally, we are 1 hour from Myrtle Beach, 25 mins from Florence, and only 40 mins to Aynor/Conway. Also, a short driving distance from wedding venues: Hidden Acres, and the Wild berry Farm. We also have a larger one-bedroom apartment-B available downstairs for rent. NO PETS. The space This property's located close to main street in downtown Marion. We are directly across from the chamber of commerce. It's very quaint and peaceful for your visit whether for a business trip or a quick getaway. The space is an upstairs studio apartment.
