This gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is located right in downtown St. Joseph, right along the St. Joseph River. It is the perfect place for sleeping six with a king, queen, and trundle beds. Guests will be a 10 minute walk to the restaurants, galleries and shopping of St. Joe as well as a 15-20 minute walk (or a 2 minute drive) to Silver Beach. The Jack Nicklaus golf course, Harbor Shores, is a 5 minute drive away in addition to many other clubs & courses. The space Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. There are brand new Whirlpool appliances: oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Multiple sets of plates, bowls, cups, and mugs. There is a Smeg coffee machine and milk frother. There is an island with 3 barstools and a breakfast table that seats 3-4. Bedroom 1 Queen size bed with a walk-in closet. There is a pack n’ play and two yoga mats in the closet. Bedroom 2 King size bed with two walk-in closets and a linens closet with extra pillows, blankets, and towels. There is a pull out trundle bed for children or anyone who wants to sleep in a twin bed. This is where the dedicated work space and desk sit. Bathrooms There are two full bathrooms that are equip with bath towels, hand towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap and three hair dryers. The Living Room The kitchen and living room open floor plan makes for easy socializing. The entertainment space has a 65” smart TV and comfortable seating with chairs and a sofa. Extra There is a coat closet with four beach chairs and towels in the entryway of the unit. There is also a laundry room in the unit with a brand new Whirlpool washer & dryer. Pets Animals are allowed for an additional fee. The Building You’ll access the building via the garage, which you will receive a code to prior to check in. The unit has a smart-key padlock that you’ll also receive a code to. There are two parking spots associated with the unit, one in the heated garage and one in the back of the building. The building is ADA compliant and has an elevator as well as stairs. The Area You’ll be a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping of St. Joe and 15-20 minutes (or a 2 minute drive) from the Silver Beach. Aside from Silver Beach, it’s a quick drive to Tiscornia Park, Jean Klock, and Rocky Gap beaches. St. Joe has a cute downtown area with plenty of restaurants, shopping, bars, coffee shops, vintage stores, and walking paths. The iconic Jack Nicklaus golf course, Harbor Shores, is a 5 minute drive away. Enjoy 18 holes or make a reservation to dine at Planks restaurant. There is a clear view of the Inn from the balcony. Other golf courses nearby are Lake Michigan Hills, Blossom Trails, Point O’ Woods Gold & Country Club. There are multiple marinas and charters in St. Joseph if you are interested in fishing or experiencing Lake Michigan by boat. Third Coast Surf Shop offers Kids Beach Camp as well as kayaking/paddleboarding rentals. Extra! Pull your boat up right in to the marina.
