No walkable stores or restaurants really, this is a wooded area and meant for relaxation and remote style living!! Guests have full access to not only the cottage, but an outdoor space including patio with bbq, with 4 chairs, fire pit, 2 kayaks, floaties, and a paddle boat. Life jackets are also included for your safety. There is parking for multiple cars up to 7. Two private entrances with digital keypad. Other things to note *If staying on a Monday night, we ask guests to just bring the garbage/recycling bins a few feet to the curb that night to ensure Tuesday morning it is picked up 🗑️ ♻️ and just bring it back to the side Tuesday during the day.* House Rules: - No Parties (9pm no noise by law until 9am) really no music is preferred since we are in an area of seniors looking for calmness and peace and quiet - No smoking inside or outside cottage, we have exterior cameras a - Recycling and Garbage to be thrown into trash after check out - Hand Wash all dishes and appliances upon check out - Return all DVDs and Board Games and outdoor activities to original spot with all items back in their packaging - Turn off all AC units Lights and Fans upon checkout - Turn off BBQ and ProPane when not in use - Extinguish all fires inside and outside when not present - Relax, take pictures and enjoy your stay 😌
