We are dog friendly! 2 Dogs max with a $150 non-refundable fee. No aggressive breeds. Dogs must be spayed or neutered. Always clean up after your dog. Dogs are to remain off of all furniture and beds. Do not bathe dogs in sinks, tub/shower, or hot tub. Guest agrees to supervise dogs at all times and take necessary precautions to prevent damage or disturbance to the property, ensuring dogs are well-behaved, house-trained, and not a nuisance to neighbors, and never unattended in the home. Always crate (not provided) if you will be away. Dogs MUST be leashed at all times when outside of the home, and noise and disturbance must be limited. Dog owner is fully liable for any damages to the property and its furnishings caused by dog(s) and will be asked to pay full replacement costs of any damages. If dogs or any other animals are brought into home without prior approval or agreement, owners reserve the right immediately terminate reservation. ***Guest booking must be 25 years or older. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance under video surveillance. The pool is serviced Tuesdays & Fridays. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-In time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM. Neighborhood quiet hours between 9pm & 8am.
