Verification Portal: To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check. Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored. By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification. We'll also place a temporary hold of $200 on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 3 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.
