We have the neighbors looking out for loud parties and we will have it stopped. If this happens, you will be made to leave the house immediately and no refund will be given. AirBnb will also mark your profile on the website and you will be banned and no longer be able to book properties. Fair warning, this neighborhood is NOT good for parties / events. The neighbors simply won't have it. If your intent was to have a party, please cancel your reservation now. No loud noise after 10PM. No pets are allowed in this home. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal and no refund given.
