Smoky Mountain A-frame

Relax on the peaceful side of the Smoky Mountains in this newly constructed A-frame, positioned with a fabulous mountain view, in a quiet neighborhood. We are located 5 minutes from the entrance to the Foothills Parkway, 15 minutes from the Townsend entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park, 45 minutes from Dollywood, and 50 minutes to Gatlinburg. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE OR OUT / SMOKING WILL RESULT IN A $250 CLEANING FINE The space Each room provides its own unique character in the story of this A-frame. The bathroom has a skylight that illuminates the shower during the day and frames the stars at night. You can stand under the rain shower head while you watch a rainstorm outside. The main bedroom has a king bed, closet, bedside tables, dresser in the closet, reading chair and plenty of lighting options. You can also pull down the blinds and close the curtains to darken the room. There is also a ceiling fan and sound machine. The hallway includes a beam from a cabin built in TN in the 1880s. The closet in the hall has a stackable washer and dryer free for guests to use! The main living area has a 26 foot wall of windows that frames out the beautiful mountain view. The living, dining, and kitchen space are all open to one another. There is a large leather couch and two double seater swivel chairs that make great spots to cozy up and relax. The TV has access to streaming platforms so you can log in and stay entertained! Or if you want to unplug we provide books, board games, record player and records, or just simply chairs and a porch to enjoy the view. The back porch has four chairs and a propane fire pit. The other porch includes two chairs and a swinging chair option. The dining table seats four and there are four counter stools as well. The kitchen comes stocked and ready for cooking. The spiral staircase leads up to the loft area. There are two swivel chairs, two full size beds and a desk in this space. The beds face the wall of windows so you can relax in bed and take in the mountain view. We do provide a sound machine and fan up here as well. Guest access You will have the entire space to yourself! The driveway has fresh gravel and there has been mulch spread in areas around the property. However, because this is a new build there are still empty spots on the property that are currently dirt, but it will be seeded with grass in the proper season. Other things to note Because of the quiet nature of this area we ask that guests keep that in mind during their stay. We want to be a blessing to our area, so this space is more for peaceful retreats and not for loud parties. There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY. If any signs of smoking are observed there will be a $250 cleaning fee charged.
