Welcome to the Fourplex Apartments (A,B,C, & D). The apartments are located in the SE of Winston-Salem. Each unit consist of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. They are 10 minutes from downtown where there are a lot of attractions, restaurants, museums, & historic sites. We offer low rates and a clean environment. We pride ourselves in providing a welcoming and comfortable stay for all of our guests. The space All of our properties feature Ashley Chime 12 Inch Medium Firm Hybrid Mattresses with Cooling Gel Memory Foam for a comfortable stay. Each room has a Smart TV with Internet access; to connect your multimedia and entertainment accounts. For guest convenience, there are two methods of access to the unit during your check in. All guest are provided with a personalized smart lock code prior to check in. In case of a discrepancy with the smart lock or an emergency we would provide you with instructions and access information to a lock box with spare keys. We're excited to have you stay with us! We take pride in taking great care for our units and ensure that they are comfortable and welcoming. However, we do not have any control over the surrounding area. We advise anyone looking to book to please check out local guides or news outlets to get a better sense of the area.
