Our space is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the best beaches of Cabo Frio. The house is 1 km from Ilha do Japonês and Brava beach, 1.5 km from Peró and Conchas beaches. The house also has an excellent infrastructure with a swimming pool and exclusive barbecues. Those who like sports such as Hawaiian canoeing and stand up can access the channel 10 meters from the house. Our location is also ideal for those who like hiking and want to enjoy the trails of Farol da Lajinha, Caverna dos Escravos and Morro do Vigia. The space Our space features an equipped American kitchen, with a large living room and balcony. It has a large swimming pool with a shallow part for children and the elderly, a barbecue area with comfortable space and a backyard. It has an en-suite with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with a double bed, the third bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room. We have 2 spacious bathrooms and a washbasin in the barbecue area. The house also has a laundry room with a washing machine. All bedrooms have work/study space. Guest access The house offers a parking space, however it is possible to park in front of the house safely and free of charge. The neighborhood has markets, pharmacies, a butcher shop, a beverage distributor, an ATM and a variety of other services. At Shopping Peró, there are several restaurants with live music and a wide variety of shops. It is also possible to access the Passagem neighborhood and the center through the boat service that is located a 5-minute walk from the house, providing an incredible experience for the guest. Other things to note We allow pets as long as they abide by the rules of not bringing animals into the pool and that the garden plants are maintained. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi for those who need to work and study, and a TV with access to Netflix and YouTube.
