See deer, rabbits, chirping birds and chickens from our large 2-bdrm suite in the country. Minutes away from I-26, I-81, Tri-Cities airport, near Warriors Path State Park, Bay's Mtn, Greenbelt Trail, Aquatic Center, golf courses, hiking, fishing, boating, biking, and swimming, Meadowview Convention Center & golf course, 20 minutes away from Jonesborough, Bristol Motor Speedway (30 mins), Cherokee National Forest, and the Great Smoky Mountains are also less than two hours away. The space The backyard where you park and enter is fully fenced in and the parking is private by your entrance door. There is a gas grill for your use and all the grill tools are on the bar inside. You'll just need to turn on the tank valve. The grill has an auto push-button lighter. Guest access The entire downstairs suite is available for use with the exception of 3 locked areas. We live upstairs, but there are no shared spaces with us. The suite is all yours. Other things to note Please be sure to invite or add all guests to your reservation who will be staying with you. We really appreciate it. This is for security reasons, so that we know who is staying in our home.
