Apartment in stone house, South Ardèche

The accommodation is an apartment on the 1st floor of a stone house in the South of the Ardèche, with an independent entrance. 25 m2 terrace overlooking a secure private swimming pool (the swimming pool is not to be shared with other tenants). Place to park only 2 cars. On the ground floor of this house, there is another apartment which is occupied by the owners Jenny and Pierre, and also has a separate entrance. They have a very nice dog. The space Renovated apartment in a former silkworm farm, which can accommodate up to 4 people maximum. Covered terrace where you can have lunch in summer and relax while enjoying a view of Mont Ventoux, a large fridge are installed there. To access the apartment, you must go up to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor: There is a kitchenette (2 hotplates, a small dishwasher, a small fridge) open to the main room, a lounge area with a small sofa and a dining area, also 2 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed ), 1 bedroom (160cm x 200cm bed) and 2 bathrooms one with a bathtub and one with a shower. On the 2nd floor: There is a mezzanine where there is a table and chair, can be used as a small work space. Near the swimming pool, 4 deckchairs and 3 umbrellas are available, an outdoor shower, as well as a barbecue for grilling. Guest access The accommodation is in a hamlet where there are no public parking spaces. You can walk around the hamlet, the village is 1.2 km away, you need a vehicle to get there. There is a bus (line 13) which passes on the main street 50 meters away, in the direction of Ales or Aubenas except on Sundays. Check the timetables beforehand. Other things to note In the surrounding area, many local culinary specialties, in particular excellent pork meats (caillette, terrine, sausage, etc.), as well as 2 restaurants 100 m away. Many visits and activities to do, such as the visit of the Cocalière Cave 5 km away, the CHAUVET Cave 30 mins away, the Ardèche Gorges, the Chassezac Gorges 20 mins away, canoeing, bike rides along the greenway located only 500 m away, hiking, bungee jumping.
