The space Welcome to our newly built home, Salty N' Sweet. Enjoy relaxing by the beautiful saltwater pool or hanging out in the roomy interior including a spacious screened in porch off the back. Three large sized bedrooms, open floor plan with large kitchen and spacious living room with seating for the whole family. Salty N' Sweet is the perfect home for making lots of family memories. Kitchen: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook during your trip! Includes: Microwave, Gas Stove, Fridge with water and ice dispenser, toaster, coffee maker and more. Dining/Living Room: The dining table seats 6. The living room has ample seating for the whole family with couch, loveseat and chairs. Large coffee table in the middle of the living room is perfect for family game nights. Porches: The covered front porch is adorned with Adirondack chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee. Off the back of the house is also a screened in porch with comfortable seating, perfect for a little outdoor reading or nighttime star gazing. There is an additional porch space off the back screened porch that is perfect to sunbathe while the kids are napping. Laundry: The laundry room is just off of the kitchen and has a full sized washer and dryer. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has a King size bed and bedside tables with reading lights. The smart tv is setup for watching tv thru your various streaming apps. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and custom tiled shower with an amazing shower tower and jacuzzi tub. Second Bedroom: The second bedroom has king sized bed and bedside tables and large dresser. Third Bedroom: The third bedroom has two full size(double) beds and is perfect for the kids. Main Guest Bath: Easily accessible off the main hall. Includes a double vanity and walk in shower. Exterior: Private, in-ground saltwater swimming pool. Rinse off after spending the day at the beach or poolside using the Outdoor shower and changing room that are conveniently located near the pool area. No diving or running around the pool. Anyone under 16 must have constant adult supervision when in or around the pool area. There is no grill on-site. If you choose to bring a grill it needs to placed away from the house. It is not permitted under the house or under any covered deck area. A 3 minute car ride or a 15 minute walk from the house and you can be on the beach. Linens & bath towels are included for free in the reservation Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This home is a smoke free home. No smoking inside or outside the home is permitted (this includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, incense, etc.). Due to owner health issues: No animals allowed on the property or in the house. ** This home is located on a tropical island. You may encounter indigenous geckos, frogs, reptiles, insects, and other living things. We do our best to keep them outside in their own natural habitat.** Guest access Keyless entry to check in and access the home throughout your stay. Other things to note Island Rules: - DO NOT climb or walk on the dunes - DO NOT interfere with sea turtle beds on beach. - Please respect your neighbors! - Oak Island quiet hours are 11pm to 7am Oak Island has begun charging for parking at the beach access (you can walk from the house via the scenic walkover at 20th street, so you don't need to park), but if you decide you would like to drive to a beach access, look for the signs that allow for parking payment through a qr code, link or call. Paid parking is enforced from 9am to 5pm daily. Parking is only allowed where there is a yellow parking block.
