Other things to note If you are interested in booking for a month or more, we will plan a monthly check up & would expect the garden & house to receive regular maintenance & cleaning (or be subject to additional charges). A deposit/final cleaning fee of £250 will therefore be required for bookings of 1 month or more. Please note the base price is for fully furnished accommodation & is inclusive of all household bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, internet & insurance).
