This is a quiet upstairs room with quality craftsmanship. The woodworking and pine flooring give it warmth and coziness with a cabin feel. Because we are ten minutes from public access to Lake Murray, we have plenty of parking and turn-around space for your trailer and boat. Also, for those traveling with friends or more persons in your party, a similar well equipped room is directly below this room. The space Fishermen! Enjoy a safe, secure location with plenty of parking! 10 minutes to public access on Lake Murray, 20 minutes from Billy Dreher Island. We have plenty of turn around space for 3 boats and trailers. This is an open room with a queen-size bed, dresser, closet, entertainment center, WiFi, gas fireplace, dining area for two, efficiency kitchen with cooktop + microwave, refrigerator, small desk, washer, dryer, full bath with bathtub and separate shower, and outside balcony with seating. Blacksgate East has no thru fare and is a nice walk or run around the circle where you will see some homes on the lake. Simply go to the right from the end of our driveway, once you reach the stop sign, turn either way and it will circle back around to the stop sign. There is No public lake access on this 2 mile loop. Guest access Workout Room: We have a workout room available for guest use. Located near our residence, it is a stand alone building and is a shared space with us and other guests. The workout room is easily accessed by a short walk from the guest's unit. Gazebo & fire-pit available for your use. (dogs can get to this area) Other things to note We have two large dogs that are managed with an underground electric fence. They are unable to get to your space. If you happen to be a dog person, they are very friendly and love attention. These dogs are well trained and respect their boundaries.
