Beach umbrella,anchor and 2 chairs(230lb limit), Sleeps 6+a sleeper sofa, 2 parking passes, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, boat parking, bike racks, small children's playground, gas grills and picnic tables, outdoor showers on boardwalk to private beach access. No pets/No smoking/vaping The space Sands Villa Resort is a family friendly 5 story steel and concrete construction oceanfront condo with outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, private boardwalk with outdoor showers to beach access. Gas grills, picnic tables, small children’s playground, tennis/ pickleball/ basketball courts, boat parking, bike ramps. Elevators and luggage carts. NC Aquarium is just a short drive 58W, historic Fort Macon is close by 58E with walking trails. Morehead City is just over bridge with most citywide shops, restaurants and services. Beaufort is nearby 70W with historic sites, unique shops, diverse dining and ferry services. Guest access You will have full access to the entire condo Unit 211. Board games, tennis rackets and balls, children’s indoor toys. You will have 2 parking permits ($20 each if not returned) and 6 guest passes($5 each if not returned) to use facilities- indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, tennis and basketball courts, boat parking, bike ramps, outdoor pool, outdoor showers, private boardwalk to beach, gas grills and picnic tables, small children’s playground. I am not responsible if the amenities are not available. A beach umbrella and anchor and 2 new beach chairs (230 lb limit) Early arrival before 4 pm must be verified and an additional $50 will apply, if more than one hour early/$100 if more than 4 hours early. Late check out is $50 per hour and must be approved. Changes to reservations must go through Airbnb and fees will apply. Other things to note Please only fill the bathtub 6 inches-do not go above the overflow drain. Hold shower door closed while wiping water off with squidgy to prevent wetting the floor. Rinse off sand on boardwalk hoses/showers before entering pools and condo. There are 2 drying racks under the master bed. Only use spring/distilled water for ice trays and water kettle. Comforters, accent pillows and mattress pads get washed monthly -used sheets and towels get washed between guests . Nothing should be hanging over the balcony. Also please only use silicone utensils on pots and pans-scraping pans with metal utensils ruins them. Interior parts (pans, grills, rotisserie) for new Kocinaider air fryer are located in bottom drawer under oven . Now that cooler temperatures and lower humidity are here, several windows may be opened instead of lowering the AC. The right master bedroom window, the living room window, the guest bedroom window and the twin bedroom window. Do not put sand into the washer/dryer. Hang wet sandy items on the clothes line. When dry, shake the sand off, then you may wash and dry. If sand is found in the washer/dryer after your stay, there will be a $100 charge!
