At A Place at the Beach you’ll be close to all the action in Atlantic Beach, including the fantastic beaches, restaurants, shops, and other beachside attractions. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath furnished condo with a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, cable, and a private balcony. We provide cleaning & clean linens. Our guests have access to tennis courts, outdoor charcoal grills, a gym, putt-putt course, basketball court, indoor & outdoor pool, indoor & outdoor hot tub, and even a 150-ft waterslide. The space Guest count: Airbnb does not count infants as guests, but the complex the condo is located in tells us we have to. Please do not attempt to book this property for more than 6 people, total, including infants as this is considered a fire hazard and because our septic and water system cannot accommodate more than 6 guests. Thank you! Please note there are 3 TVs. One tv in the living room, one in the master bedroom, & one in the guest bedroom. The one in the living room has cable and a Roku stick, the one in the master bedroom has cable. The one in the guest bedroom does not have cable nor a Roku stick it just has an HDMI hookup. Thank you! No pets allowed for any renters. Only the owner of the condo is allowed to have their dog at the condo per complex policy. If you are allergic to dogs, please note the owners of the condo do bring their dog when they stay. You unfortunately cannot see or hear the ocean from this condo, but from the condo there is a convenient walkway that leads out to the beach. There will also be armbands and parking passes provided to renters. You will pick these up at the main office when you arrive. Please be sure to always wear the armbands while on the property. Please note there are 3 TVs. One tv in the living room, one in the master bedroom, & a small one in the guest bedroom.
