A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you as you get closer to your check-in date. The code is changed after every guest. The only thing off limits is the back shed which should be locked as it is used for lawn maintenance and storage only. Other things to note ***DISCLAIMER*** Hot Tub Notice: The hot tub may take longer than usual to heat, especially in colder weather. For best performance, the jets should be off or on low while heating and the cover should remain fully closed. Due to weather conditions and heating limitations, we cannot guarantee the hot tub will reach or maintain maximum temperature at all times. Please note that pricing will vary based on the size of your party and if you’re bringing pet/s. The hot tub temperature is turned down to 97°F between stays. You can easily adjust it to your desired temperature upon arrival. Our neighbor has a friendly dog, so you may occasionally hear some barking. It’s rare but worth noting if you’re sensitive to noise. - We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee.
