Beautiful Ocean Villa in HHBT resort! Come stay!

Our one bedroom, one bath Villa is a second floor unit and a 3-5 minute walk to the shore via private beach access. Our gated resort features numerous amenities: two pools, 10 lighted tennis courts, fitness center, bike rental, playground, and three restaurants. Come enjoy Hilton Head Island and experience nature on a dolphin tour, kayak tour, a kids pirate tour or mermaid tour, rent jet skis or visit the Coastal Discovery Museum less than 5 miles away. The space Second floor Villa with balcony on the “quiet” side of the resort. Our Villa is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel like you're at home while at the beach. Our Villa has been completely remodeled from top to bottom: new appliances, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new furniture in every room, new bathroom tile and vanities, new carpeting, new fixtures. The property features an open floor concept, making this unit ideal for families traveling together. With plush furniture and a smart TV, the inviting living room provides the perfect place to gather and the sofa can be turned into a bed when the day ends. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen that makes it ideal and convenient for a short or long term stay. After a fun-filled day on the sandy shores of Hilton Head Island, you’ll be happy to retreat to the cozy master bedroom with a Queen bed, TV, and full bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to our entire Villa as well as all the amenities that the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort has to offer. Guest & Rental Gate Passes will be picked up at the Front Desk. There will be a Gate Pass Pick Up area to the right side of the Front Desk for guests. Guests should park their vehicles in the Convention Center Parking lot and come in the front lobby area to pick up their passes. Passes can be picked up daily 0800am - 1000pm. When the Front Desk closes for the evening guests will pick up their pass at the Security Gate. - There is a $25 fee per vehicle to park at the resort. This is a one time pass to get in the resort. There are no other additional fees for parking once inside. You can come and go as you like during your stay; just be sure to display the parking pass on your windshield. - NOTE: At least 48 hours prior to your arrival, we will reach out to gather the number of parking passes you will required so these will be ready for you at the gate. It is $25 per parking pass per vehicle. - In addition to the number of cars you are bringing, you will need to provide the last name of all drivers so the passes can be ordered. The parking passes will be in your name. - Each car should be prepared to give security the last name on the reservation, along with the unit number you are staying. - Boat and trailer parking is also available upon request for an additional fee.
