The large kitchen working island opens into the dining and living room, so even while preparing meals or snacks you can enjoy time with your friends and family. Dining area and table w/ room for all our guests, and a second table area for morning coffee or nighttime snacks. Dining Area also includes a Coffee Bar, with both pod and drip style coffee, assorted coffee pods, assorted teas, creamers and sugar. Two King Sized Bedrooms are located on this floor, both with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a half bath, laundry room, game room, and access to the wrap around deck and hot tub! One King Size Family Suite located on this floor is a Family Suite with Day Bed as well as nursery with full size crib and changing table. Downstairs features two additional bedrooms, both ensuites. The Queen Size bedroom also features a desk area for those guests that have a working vacation. Second Bedroom is a large bunk room with a Queen Size bed and 4 twin beds, as well as a play area, attached ensuite has a bathtub shower combo. Theater Room, with comfortable lounging couch, and popcorn maker. Songbird has central heat and air, but for added comfort an additional Mini Split systems in both the game room and theater room. Upstairs game room located in the transformed garage space. Features a Bumper Pool Table, with card table topper and a full-size ping pong table, seating and table for puzzles, cards, or board games, as well as a nugget ice maker, mini fridge and bar cabinet. The view isn't the only thing offered on the deck our brand-new hot tub with mountain views and w/each seat offering its own massage jet arrangement, is a guest must have favorite. Hot tub towels are provided, and the hot tub is checked, balanced and maintained. Also out on the deck is an outdoor dining table, propane gas grill, swing, propane fire table, and fire pit with Adirondack and hammock chairs all for use and enjoyment.
