A warm welcome to The Marmot. Beautiful new boutique luxury guest suites, right in the heart of Harrogate in a restored Victorian townhouse. Classic meets contemporary in our stylish, comfortable apartments and suites. We've worked hard to create the place we'd like to stay, and we can't wait to host you. The space Chances are you already know Harrogate is one of the most beautiful towns in the U.K, built for beauty and relaxation by the Victorians. From stunning architecture and afternoon teas to great dining, pubs, walks and rides out in to the the Dales everything is here on the doorstep. We are located right in the centre of town, across from the conference centre and a five minute walk to any bar, restaurant or shop. Here at the Marmot we are a small dedicated team who love this place and know exactly how to get the best out of it, whatever you are looking for we can help you find it. We love food & drink, arts & culture, nature and all the other good things in life and can’t wait to share what we have here with you. The rooms are elegantly furnished and decorated with a blend of classic meets contemporary. Original features from the beautiful Victorian original house have been maintained. Fittings and furniture have been chosen with care for comfort and ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are generous with large baths, walk-in showers and luxurious products in partnership with our friends at Harrogate Organics. We’re building an eye-catching collection of art throughout all the rooms and the property, a mixture of modern artists we love and art that reflects this wonderful place we live. The rooms are all similar with subtle differences in layout reflecting the shape of the house, as well as different art collections so they all have their own personality. This is the largest in the property, it occupies the whole ground floor and has a large comfy bedroom with a superking bed, which can also be a twin. Then it has a tall, handsome living room to the front with full kitchen including fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, plates and glassware. We provide tea & coffee, milk and a few snacks to get you started. Both rooms have flat screen Samsung TVs with Netflix the capability to stream your own shows from your phone/laptop. The living room sofa can be a bed. ** Soft launch means the inside is looking beautiful and ready to go, we're still tidying up the outside and putting up signs etc, nothing noisy or that would get in the way of a great stay though** Guest access Your own private apartment. Other things to note One of the team will usually meet you to show you round during normal daytime hours. If you’re arriving later outside those hours then we have key code entry, so totally flexible. Parking is available on-site for three cars, priced at £14 per day payable separately, and on a first come first served basis. We will message you about parking when you book to check, but if you would like to check before drop us a line.
