Nestled in a quiet suburb this home is less than 2 mi. from main highways, 1.5 mi. away from the local hospital this place has all the comforts of home. There are a generous selection of local and national restaurant chains, retail shopping and multiple parks to enjoy. There are 3 golf courses and North Carolina Wesleyan University within an 8 mi. radius. The train station and event center are within 4 mi. Smoking outside only; no pets. The space The rental property is a two story unit with the living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs and the bedroom with a 1/2 bathroom upstairs. The living room has a sleeper sofa and with a quick furniture rearrangement a game table and four chairs can be set up for family fun. The bedroom has 2 queen size beds, desk and ergonomic chair and a separate seating area. The stairs are steep but there are handrails and lights for stability and full visibility. The house is on a corner lot and there is a mildly active train track on the back side of house. Guest access The unit is a separate part of the main house so you have full access by way of the only door to the unit. Other things to note No drugs allowed. No smoking or vaping in the house. There is a designated place in the backyard but please don’t leave any cigarette, cigar butts in the yard or on the table. You will be charged a $250 cleaning fee if any remnants( scent or actual) are detected and/or left in the house or yard. There are charging chords available for guests.
