Guest access We strive to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. You will have full access to our luxurious lakefront home during your stay. For your convenience, we offer self-check-in through a secure keypad located at the entrance. This allows you to check in at your leisure, without the need for a physical key. Instructions for using the keypad and your unique access code will be provided prior to your arrival. Other things to note Please note the following important rules, mandated by our HOA, which must be strictly adhered to during your stay: • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. • No Loud Music or Noise: Loud music and noise are not allowed at any time. • No Parties: Parties or gatherings are not permitted at any time. • Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. There will be no exceptions to these rules. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refunds. By booking this property, you and your party of occupants, guests, or visitors agree to this Vacation Occupancy Agreement described above.
