Open floor plan with many places to sit and relax with a beautiful view of the patio, pool and many trees that surround the property. Walk to our charming shops and restaurants. Very close to Sanford stadium and UGA campus. The space We are tucked in a green, lush, private, up off of the street retreat. Many places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Our pool deck offers sun and shade areas . Plenty of chairs and an umbrella to use. Our neighborhood is full of trees. A quiet and peaceful area with the beauty of wildlife surrounding the property. Watch deer stroll by to say hello and listen of the songs out the many variety of birds that grace us every day. We are located approximately 2 miles from Sanford Stadium and approximately 1 mile from the 5 pints intersection of Milledge and Lumpkin Streets where shopping, dining, coffee shops and groceries can be found. Guest access Please understand that this is our main (and only) residence . We treasure our home and take such good care of it. We hope that you will take care of it as if it is your own. Please do not play the drums in the office. There will be things in the refrigerator. We will clear out what we can and move our things to one area so that you will have room for things you want to bring. You are welcome to use anything that we have as far as condiments, etc go. There will be things in closets and drawers throughout the home, much like there are at your home ! We have left rolling racks with hangers for you to hang your clothing on. You will find shampoos, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. Feel free to use but leave them in the shower when you leave please. In the linen closet located in the hallway there will be extra towels, and sheets. There is also a first aid kit as well as a box of items you may find useful should you forget something (lotion, sunscreen, Kleenex), etc. Other things to note Guests booking our home should be staying at our home. No booking for others that are not listed as the “booker”. The main bedroom can run a tad warmer than the rest of the house. For that reason, we keep the draperies closed when it's really sunny to keep it cooler.
