The space We are 5 minutes to 1 hour close to all the Colleges and Universities from Elon College, UNC Greensboro, Wake Forest, UNC Chapel Hill, High Point University, NC State and Duke! Come and stay with plenty of room for family visit, graduation receptions and gatherings. Plenty of room to spread out inside and outside. Take nice walks on the property or enjoy relaxing by the pool. The pool is only heated at special request with an additional fee. Guest access Garage no access. Master bedroom closet is locked. Downstairs mechanical and a spare storage closet are also locked. There are plenty of closets in bedroom 2 and bedroom 3, as well as the bottom floor. Other things to note Enjoy and please respect my custom one of kind home, that I cherish dearly and opening to others on Airbnb. No smoking of any kind inside the house. No animals. Swim at your own risk. Indoor wood burning fire place is not available for use by guests, sorry insurance safety. Indoor gas fireplace can be used and instructions will be provided. Weather permitting - Outdoor firepit can be used for good old fashion fires, s’mores and hanging out with family and friends. Be smart and proactive to not cause wild fires.
