Sweet and cozy Saunderstown, coastal cottage, "Nan's House," 3-bedroom, lovely well-lit family room with working fireplace and 72-inch smart tv and Sonos stereo system. First floor primary bedroom with King, full bath, walk in shower and smart tv. Second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with two twins, kids' playroom with smart tv. for gaming, and air mattress. Full Bath on second floor. Walk in shower. Beautiful outdoor patio, outdoor shower , comfortable furniture, Weber gas grill The space Nan’s house is quite charming, well equipped and cozy. Primary bedroom with King bed is on first floor with ensuite bath . The house has new furniture and beds as of early 2024 and the new beds are super comfy! Many extras provided for the beach. Oversized beach towels and blanket. Beach bags and cooler if needed. 6 beach chairs and swim noodles. Air mattress and extra linens for set up in playroom are provided for 7th guest if needed. Our kitchen has two Kuerig coffee makers, a one cup, and also a one cup with full pot. Perfect for a full house when everyone wants a cup at the same time and can sit outside on the back deck. Peets coffee provided for both of these makers along with non-dairy creamer, sugar and assorted sweetener's. In addition to the 10 beach towels provided, we provide at least 2 bath towels per guest, along with plenty of face clothes and make up remover wipes if needed. Muck towels in the mud room available for your dogs if needed. Our current Shampoo and Conditioner provided is Aluram , a salon grade product that is a gentle, sulfate, paraben and gluten free vegan formula that is good for daily use. We provide a gentle body wash and Dove bar soap for those that prefer a bar soap. Hand Soaps in all baths and kitchen. For our younger guests, there is Johnson's baby wash in the primary bathroom and also Dreft laundry detergent provided as well. There are also two toddler /child chairs for the dining room table. Our grill is a high-end weber grill, and we top off the propane before each guest. There are plenty of grill tools, cooking spices, spray and oils provided. Our very large backyard and lawn can be enjoyed with yard games provided, Corn-hole, Bocce, Can Jam , Wiffle Ball, or Spike ball. Feel free to bring spike ball or frisbee to the beach with you as well. Narragansett beach is a great place for those. Our new outdoor shower will be usable starting in May of 2025. For those visiting in cooler months, our working fireplace in the family room has a screen and glass door for your desired preference, seasoned firewood provided, and this room turns into a warm and cozy place to kick your feet up and read, watch football or enjoy a new movie or one of your favorites. Guest access Entire House and Yard. Parking for 4 cars also provided. If more parking is needed please contact us before arrival and we can accommodate a couple more cars if needed close by for a nominal charge. Other things to note 60 Church Way is part of historic Saunderstown Village. Right off scenic 1A on the east side of the bay. Walking distance to our neighborhood library and historic Casey Farm. Minutes from both Narragansett and Wickford, RI it is a idyllic peaceful setting. We are also 15 minutes from Jamestown and Newport. Our neighborhood boasts its own post office, free library with weekly events and activities for all ages. We also have a beautiful chapel. All within a short walk.
