Relax at this Peaceful Guest Suite where you may see deer wandering, along with other fauna. Nature lovers enjoy our rustic fire pit and small creek. This private unit is complete with a full kitchen, a living area, bathroom, bedroom (with a dedicated workspace), and it's own entry. House trained dogs & cats are welcome. If you need a small pet bed, leashes, bowls, a 30 foot long line, we are happy to accommodate. We just ask that you cover the sofa with the provided linens. The space This first floor guest-suite is complete with a private entrance, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a queen size pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The property is on a wooded acre with a fire pit and creek (the pond belongs to the neighbor). The backyard is spacious, and you are welcome to enjoy all of the outdoor space. We are located: - 15 minutes from the airport - 20 minutes from Atlanta (Edgewood, Little 5 Points, Grant Park, and East Atlanta Village are the closest) - 25 minutes from Midtown, Downtown, and Stone Mountain - 5 minutes from Super Walmart, Dollar Tree, Kroger, and Planet Fitness Other amenities less than 10 minutes away include: a few horseback riding facilities, Sudo Bar & Grill, nail salons, tons of fast food and dining options, a few parks, and Atlanta Harvest Farm & Market. The owner lives in a separate unit upstairs, and is happy to help if you need anything at all. Guest access You are welcome to the outdoor fire pit and to use the backyard. If you would like a fire started for you, please let us know. We are always working to improve, so please come back to see us! Other things to note PET POLICY: We welcome your furry friends! A 10 pound dog and an indoor-outdoor cat live on the property. PET FEES: $30 non-refundable fee per pet. $50 fee will be charged per undisclosed pet. $20 fee will be charged per poop left behind (including in the yard). *Guests are liable for any pet damages. SERVICE ANIMALS: While there is no charge for Service Animals, guests with a licensed ADA service animal must adhere to strict guidelines. Please give notice that a Service Animal will be a part of the reservation (a message is ok). - Your Service Dog/ESA may not be left unattended. Crating and leaving the animal on the property in your absence is not permitted; the animal must accompany you AT ALL TIMES. - The guest is responsible for any damage caused by the service animal. Additional charges may apply for damage or extra cleaning caused by the stay. -Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal may result in eviction without a refund. These rules ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
