Pet Free majestic views of Shenandoah River in our tiny home centrally located just 5 mins from AppalachianTrail, 6 mins from the rivers, 12 mins from Old Town Harpers Ferry. Quiet away from the train in old town Large patio, courtyard, firepit, hammock, outdoor 2 person soaking tub. The outdoor space provides private vistas of Shenandoah, moonlit nights, star gazing, soaking tub or taking in the beautiful scenery while enjoying a relaxing outdoor shower in our all cedar shower room. The space This home features bathroom, kitchenette fridge/freezer, & microwave (stove is turned off), living area with futon and loft that offers a double bed with ladder access. The lot while private also hosts our other tiny home but separated by a large privacy fence. We designed our "Hot Tub" for a mind blowing ultimate experience 365 days a year. You will have clean on demand unshared fresh clean water every time you jump in! Traditional "Hot Tubs" are just not sanitary because you have to share the same water with multiple guests and soak in harsh chemical laced water. Large fully insulated cedar shower room for warm toasty showers even in winter. If you have more than one car please reach out to me on where to park the second car. You will likely see bugs, ants and spiders we are in the mntns of WV but it's also what makes WV wild and wonderful! Guest access All the space within fenced in area (patio, firepit, private scenic overlook). Back yard is shared with 2nd tiny house but really only used for views. Other things to note We clean the hut tub in between each guest stay. We designed our "hot tub" to have fresh clean unshared water and no chemicals. Please notice Sunday night discounts and note the stove has been disabled. However it can be turned on for extended stays longer than 14 days. The loft bed has a 380 lb total weight limit. I set my price as low as possible based on linens for one bed. If you want linens for the futon there is an extra $15 charge. Futon is functional for a kid but not recommended for adult or anyone over 5' 7". Though private you might see other guests at our 2nd tiny home walking to their private overlook or to their car. Our property is better described as being more "Private" than "Secluded". I also found guests over 50 probably won't enjoy the tiny home experience, and best to not book. Washer and dryer made available for guests only staying 7 days or more.
