Schoolhouse Studio Apartment

Our 320 sq. ft. studio apartment is simple yet has all the essentials to make for a relaxing getaway in Dothan. Located walking distance to all of Foster St's best places- including Mural City Coffee, KBC, and The Grand just to name a few. The studio is located in the back apartment built off of the main house. The main house is also rented out as an airbnb but has a separate parking area and entrance to ensure maximum privacy for both sets of guests. The space Small yet efficient, you will find everything you need in our studio. Full kitchen is equip with full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven. We have a Keurig and provide coffee and fixings. The cathedral ceiling adds a loft-feel to our bedroom area. The bed is a queen. The smart tv is mounted in the corner of the room to be enjoyed either from the comfort of the bed or the sitting area. A stackable washer and dryer is located in the closet for guest use. Guest access Guests will have private parking and entrance for the back apartment off the main house. The drive way on the right side of the house is for the studio access with private parking. The main house is also rented out as an airbnb but has a separate parking area and entrance to ensure maximum privacy for both sets of guests.
