The apartment is fully equipped in a super central area of Medellín (Laureles- Estadio). At a very short distance of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, gyms, pharmacies, among others. Easy access to public transportation. Just 5 minutes walk from the Estadio del Metro station. We have new specialized cleaning and disinfection protocols against COVID-19 (Please see house rules to know more) You will love my place because of the location, the atmosphere and our service. The space The apartment is on the second floor, they are 21 meters very well distributed and cozy, so that our guests feel at home. We have board games and flat screen TV with over 80 channels. Additionally, the apartment has free wifi, hot water and fan. We have the kitchen with the basic things: Refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, among others. Guest access The Apartment is 100% at your availability. You can make use of your totally independent kitchen and all the utensils that you find in it. You have independent access. We do not have common areas. Other things to note Our Check-in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm, however upon request we will try to adjust to the guest’s needs.
