The space Our apartment was built in 2023 as an addition to our home, and requires renters to walk up one flight of exterior stairs. Access to the stairs is either from the rear of our property, where there is parking for those bringing a car, or via a sidewalk from the front of our property for those who are dropped off. Since the property fronts two streets, the address will vary depending on how guests arrive. If guests choose to bring a car, there is a dedicated off-street space below the apartment that requires walking up a gently-sloped gravel path.
