Guest access The side entrance on 13th Street has a Schlage lock that will accept your custom code assigned to you. You may park in the grass alongside the home on 13th Street. Other things to note BOOKING REQUIREMENTS — Must be 25 years to book — The person renting must be staying onsite for duration of stay (cannot rent for someone else). NO SMOKING & NO VAPING — Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on the property grounds. — Violators will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, and a refund will not be issued. — Violators will be charged a $500 fine. EVENTS/LARGE GROUP GATHERING — Absolutely no large group gatherings and NO PARTIES. Guests who break this rule will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, and a refund will not be issued. — The ONLY exceptions are guests who have received prior permission from the homeowner and host. In this instance, the following rules apply: —— All vendors must be bonded. —— An event fee of $550 will be charged separately after booking. —— An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged separately after booking. PARKING — Please park alongside the home in the grass on 13th St. You can comfortably fit 3 vehicles here. — Feel free to also utilize off-street parking throughout the neighborhood. QUIET HOURS — 10:00 pm - 8:00 am CHECK-IN Check-in is at 4:00 pm. We’ll message you the key code for self check-in 2 days prior to your arrival. EARLY CHECK-IN We do allow early check-in at 3:00 pm for an additional $50. Before arriving, please let us know if this is something that you will need. CHECKOUT Checkout is promptly at 10:00 am. LATE CHECKOUT We do allow checkout at 11:00 am for an additional $50. You must let us know at least the night BEFORE checkout. Unauthorized late checkouts will be assessed a $100 late checkout fee. CANCELLATIONS & DATE CHANGES — Please keep in mind that we do stand by the cancellation policy in our listing for cancellations and date change requests, and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, weather, travel delays, etc (anything that is out of our control as a host). — We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
