This 650 sq. ft. studio loft has its own entrance on the 2nd level with a deck. Watch the sunrise lower back deck & the sunset from the first floor deck looking at Folly Creek. Bring your paddle boards or kayaks to explore as you can access the creek from the back. Perfect for a couple’s get away! Bathroom consists of walk in shower, toilet, lighted mirror and vanity. There is a 65” smart TV with a swivel tv mount for viewing from the couch or bed. Grab a cup or coffee, tea or cocktail and head out to your private deck. Guest access The entire 650 sq. ft. studio apartment is on the second level and outside stairs and upper deck are for our guests with your own private entry door. It is completely separated from the first floor level of the townhouse with no inside access between the first and second floors. Other things to note There is an exclusive deck with seating for 2 at the second level and at the entrance to the space. From the upper level deck and lower back deck, there are incredible views of the open marsh, undeveloped Long Island, our little creek and spectacular sunrises. From the lower deck, there are amazing sunset views as well as marsh and creek views. The loft sits on Oak Island, a part of the Folly Beach barrier islands. The beach is a short 1.5 miles away. Downtown Charleston is an easy drive down Folly Road and to the James Island Connector. The loft is a beautiful couples or friends retreat where you can leave your life behind and explore downtown’s cobblestone streets, Folly Beach’s eclectic hippie vibe or simply chill on the outside deck.
